In response to Covid-19, BEST, our volunteers and community at large have proposed to propagate and distribute their home grown seedlings, saved seeds, cuttings and whatever excess gardening products  to those who can grow in pots or gardens. Please save your seeds for the next growing season and give some to your neighbour .

We will provide FREE  seedlings, seeds, fruit cuttings and accompanying growing medium plus online support to those who can adopt the seedlings with the aim of saving some seeds for our community seedbank. Let's work towards being SELF-SUFFICIENT!

Home-Grown Organics (HGO)

The youth will play a crucial role in the initial phase by providing (through selling) a regular supply of home grown seedlings to other residents and the community through the project, Home Grown Organics (HGO). Local residents will drive this campaign through friendly  competitions, social events and campaigns on organic farming and environmental issues to encourage knowledge exchange and community engagement.  BEST will provide support through resources and information to our members.
